So Easy to Order in Bulk!

I was ordering a few couple sample packs for an upcoming university event, and the number that I needed was far more than the website said was in stock, so I reached out to the support team about bulk orders- they were PHENOMENAL to work with. They got back to me within 24 hours, made it so easy to place the bulk order, and even sent me some supplemental info/stories/FAQs about Keats & Co, the work they support, etc. The smells of the tea have given my office the best aroma, and I have especially loved how beautiful each type is (some gorgeous colors and flowers in the dry tea leaves). It was great to then have so many Dots/points available, because we were able to redeem some other fun stuff to use as fundraisers with our students. Every step of the way was so much easier than I had imagined- thank you Good Store team! :)

I am usually pretty finicky about which teas I like but I’ve thoroughly enjoyed each and every tea I’ve tried! It was a great starting point to find out which teas I’d repurchase (because I am DEFINITELY repurchasing a few bags!), and I appreciated the amount of leaves given in each bag, since I was able to taste each tea multiple times with multiple additions. 10/10 for all ten teas!! (I tried the caffeinated and un-caffeinated pack)
