If someone told us six years ago we'd spend this much time developing a pair of socks, we'd probably believe them.
Because that's exactly the sort of thing we do. Forever* Socks were designed from the yarn up to solve the problems that ma...

Ruined Other Socks
I where a mens size 9.5E (US) and I bought two pairs in Medium.
At first the felt a little bit too small because they obviously aren't cut for wide feet, but within a day of wear they were broken in and felt perfect.
After about a month of wearing these almost every day I really only have two complaints. The first is one I've seen several times in other reviews, and that's the pilling. I'm honestly completely unbothered by it because it doesn't affect their usage at all, but I understand at this price expecting them to look nicer for longer. The weird thing though is that of the 4 total socks I have, only two of them have really bad pilling. I THINK they might be the pair I accidently put in the dryer once on medium. (I normally hang dry them) so I'm thinking that might be what's causing the problem for most people.
My second complaint is that the reason I've been wearing them almost every day is I hate all my other crew length socks now. I didn't realize how much they slipped and bunched up before I had the Forever* Socks to compare them to. I wear them 2-3 days at a time unless I get abnormally sweaty and they never smell. On the odd occasion I don't get to laundry soon enough and can't wear them, I'm forced to either wear sandals or be miserable wearing some other socks all day.
I will add that these are the first "premium" socks I've ever owned. They only thing I have to compare them to cost about $10 for a 6 pack. Other people are comparing them to Darn Tough whose socks are a little bit cheaper (Around $25 for a pair of crew socks. Some people are saying they cost half as much, I'm not sure what they're looking at) and the warranty seems to be better from what I'm reading on their site.
Overall I'm extremely happy with them and will sing their praises to anyone asking for a sock recommendation.

Finally something better than bulk Christmas socks!
Ive lived off of my moms yearly christmas socks for basically my entire life, and now Ill have to tell her that I wont be needing as much of those and to start thinking of something else. These bad boys withstand the force I put on specifically the heels and soles no problem, even allowing me to consider wearing them two days in a row!

its a sock
There's a bit of pileing on the bottom from use, I doubt it's gonna wear out anytime soon. They last 4 or 5 days without an noticeable odor keeps my foot warm. I don't think I'd describe them as hikeing socks neccicarily. They don't make up for inadequate footware at least. I got 2 pairs of purple as they were the only ones availible and am not disappointed by the color. It can be a bit hard to put them on as goes with all tall socks.
