Love the bike...... BUT

For the most part I really like the SuperDame. Rides beautiful and M/L fits me great. I'm 5-10 Now for the bad...... If you are used to getting prompt corespondents from a company in today's marketplace then Primos will 100% disappoint. You will wait days, not hours for anyone to get back to you! My guess is they're customer support is off-shore at the manufacturer partner. My bike came in a damaged box with 1 of the straps missing. Front wheel was very bent so I had to take to a bike shop to have it straightened. Front brake squeals while riding. Got a little better after adjustment but still very annoying while riding. The electric shifter is hard to get dialed in properly. All gears are fine except for 6, that one is a bit off even after micro adjustment through the app. 10 speeds seems a bit dated. This bike would be perfect if they went with a 1x11 or 1x12 scram/shimano GS. This bike is so close to being great, hopefully the next batch they get in will have a couple improvements.

Generally pleased with my purchase. Arrived with paint rubbed off the headset, rear derailleur and fork, presumably due to packaging/transit

It's awesome, Just get one. It's night and day coming from my Motobecane Gravel X3. Totally worth it, putting down miles like it's my second job.
