They suggested I buy a piece that was not compatible with my bidet even after I asked if it would work given it wasnt listed in item description.

Worked great

This little thing took the preasure down and I'm not blasting a new hole when using it... would be 5 stars but the solution to a miss shipped order still resignates as less then standard. Thanks..
