Neuro Roller

Unsure best way to use.

As I’ve done with other Rad tools, I check the app to learn exercises and proper methods to use it. But this item is a newer item and I don’t see anything on the app. I roll my foot but do t feel like it’s helping. I think I would rather have a single Neuro Ball instead of the Neuro Roller, because I’m unsure how to use this and I already own the smaller balls that are included inside.

Rad has rad products for recovery. I lost the little recovery ball and they sell them in 3 packs which is great if you lose one.

Feels good under the foot!
