Fantastic mixer. Great build quality. Super quiet.
Ive been making pizza dough using a kitchenaid mixer for over 2 year, i used this beast for the first time on Saturday, wow what a difference, the end product was completely different.
Amazing gluten structure, the dough was so strong, easy to ball up and stretch.
Amazing mixer well worth the money.
