Great squeeze. Feels amazing.

The motion of the arms and the squeeze at the bottom are amazing. Solid piece for the price. One piece was bent but it is already on its way thanks to customer service. My only critique would be 26 seat positions and 5 leg holder positions dont make sense... and with the leg holder all the way down i cant completely get a full range of motion. To have the seat where my arms would fully stretch id need like 50 inch thighs to hit the leg holder. But all in all i would still recommend it for the price and space it takes up!

The machine campe on two boxes and everything was packed well. As I was removing the pieces out of the box I was amazed how well built everything was. The instructions were okay, but the photos on the website was helpful. The machine is constructed well and beefier than expected.The adjustability of the seat and leg roller is easy to adjust.The movement of the lever arms are smooth, and I can tell it hits the lat and back muscles in a way an ordinary lat machine does not, which means new muscle growth! The individual arm movemen.t will really help going to complete muscle failure. Very satisfied will be ordering more equipment from GMWD.
