Wow I explicitly pleaded for no weird co ferments and they were nice enough to do thst for me. A natursl Ethiopian and a washed caturra is perfect! I lovr their standard profile that i consider ultralight developed. Their actual “ultralight” varisnt is more of a hyperlight that needs 2 months or so to open up. Their ethiopians are ridiculously flsvorful compared to everyone else

I LOVED the banko taratu. The habtamu though was just a bit under developed and at 3 weeks off roast is still bery wesk and astringent. I wish more banko taratu (washed kerume and dega) was still in stock. I also habe hopes billy will see this and maybe slow down his heat application to more thoroughly develop the core of the bean so this doesnt happen to a high altitude small dense bean. Mistakes happen though and for a subscription they accidentally gave me 2 washed Ethiopianz. My favorite oitside of chiroso

I got 2 ethiopians. A washed and a slightly processed washed. The banko taratu (wet fermented and washed) ethiopian was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. I am so sad that it is no longer available and due to this coffee, ive ordered 5 more bags of ethiopian coffee. I wouldve never known a landrace could taste this perfect without this subscription as it is a coffee i dont think i would choose on my own. I wish it was still in stock
