Love the flavor & it’s on of the best appetite control things I’ve used. Experienced some bloating at first but within a week it went away. I’ve been doing a 1/2 scoop in a bottle of water in the morning & a 1/2 scoop in the late afternoon and that has helped me from caving in to the food noise throughout the day & evening.
