excellent service
i have not yet tried the coffee as it is for christmas. However, the products on the web site appear to be of the highest quality and the beans I ordered were roasted just a few days prior to receipt. I can't wait to sample it. thank you

Good coffee bad customer service and delivery
I have used grindhouse a lot over the last few years coffee is always good. However due to holiday I paid extra to have next day delivery. First problem was that they got my post code wrong and I live in Kent but the coffee was in Cumbria! As soon as I noticed this I went to customer service to all why it happened and point out that I had paid extra for next day delivery because I was going away on holiday. I never heard anything from grindhouse or the courier company DPD. When I returned home from holiday I discovered that my coffee had been delivered whilst I was away and was literally thrown over my side gate and left on the ground for I don't know how many days! All of this was over a week ago and I still have not had anything from grindhouse to my initial inquiry and according to DPD my parcel is still being delivered to my alternative address despite not having one! Got two stars for the quality of the coffee but zero for delivery customer service or caring

Amazing Coffee
This is by far the best deal in the coffee world. Not only do you get amazing coffee for a cheap price, but you don't have to compromise your love of good coffee. Good stuff!
