Resolute

Fantastic coffee with lovely taste

I took time to research UK coffee roasters and found Origin. The reviews were excellent (as is the story) so I purchased my first ever bag of freshly roasted beans. I went with Resolute, given the overwhelming public endorsement from reviews. Admittedly, being a rookie, I wasted more than half the bag trying to dial in the machine but I got there in the end and the one or two cups I managed to make were very tasty indeed. I have now subscribed so I will get a bag each month so I look forward to receiving the next one and hopefully enjoying much more coffee from it!!

Excellent Coffee

Love the balance of taste and strength of this coffee. I have tried the coffee both hot and cold and the flavour and strength is perfect. So happy I found this coffee!

Easy to Dial In, Great to Drink

I've just started using these Resolute beans with my Lelit Bianca and Eureka Mignon Specialita setup, and they've been a joy to work with. Easy to dial in, and they produce a lovely, rounded shot every time. I mostly drink flat whites, which are a bit more forgiving than straight espresso, but even so, these beans hold their own beautifully. Definitely continuing the subscription.
