Great product
I bought a Rhino shaft 6 months ago and love it, 5 out of 8 people on my pool team have purchased since and everyone loves them. No complaints. Shipped fast even with engraving. Good experience.

Possible manufacturer error/shipment damage
When I got my 12.2mm rhino 3/8–8 pool cue when I tried attaching it to three different cue butts, the joint felt really difficult to tighten onto and any time I would go to play with it. It was at a slight bend at the joint. The problem is that my order had my name engraved on the side, which means I’m unable to return it and now I have a queue that doesn’t play well and I can’t even get a return.
