Godsend for my newly diagnosed daughter! She is a distance runner in highschool and has had to give up all of her traditional pre-meet fuel. She is so thankful for these!

For a low histamine diet snack it is pretty good. I reordered them and it is nice to have something in my purse to great, eat, and stay symptom free.

Finally a bar that is both gluten, dairy, nightshade free and low histamine that's actually really delicious. Very happy with these. I bought a few boxes to take on a big trip
