The bracelet is fantastic for the Agave. I do think that some work is needed on the ease of adjustment of the bracelet. It is quite finicky.

Great company, but
Great company, I love this company. And I love the Crossroads watch. But they need a new band. This band is not worthy of such a fine watch. Many problems. Others have covered it. Screws back out, it doesn't sit flat and it should, and because of that it is way too difficult to install. Just a bad design. They will do better. The original leather strap is wonderful. If that doesn't fit for some reason, get another dark leather in your size. Cheers

Design Failure and QC Oversight
While the watch head itself is acceptable, the optional steel bracelet is a catastrophic failure in engineering and quality control. The “micro-brand risk” is fully realized here through a design that is fundamentally difficult to assemble and a finished product that arrived with clear manufacturing defects. The installation process is an exercise in frustration rather than precision. It took 45 minutes to complete a task that should be routine, indicating poor tolerances between the end links and the watch lugs. For a product marketed as a custom-fit accessory, the lack of seamless integration suggests a breakdown in the initial design-for-manufacturing (DFM) phase. From a sourcing standpoint, this bracelet represents a classic “low-cost, high-headache” procurement error. The watch itself might be a decent value, but the bracelet accessory is a liability that Nathan and Trafford has failed to properly vet.
