Simply the best
Been using the blue master braid for six seasons now guiding about 220 days a year. Hands down the best line from saltwater fish to giant sturgeon of the Columbia River.

Puts fish on the boat
I recently wanted to try something other that Power Pro V2 because I was having issues losing fish. I’m tying double uni knots from the line to fluorocarbon, my knots were failing on the line side of the transition. I respooled all my spinning gear this season and had three break on the first striped bass trip. The Cortland Masterbraid feels a little courser in the hand and makes some noise in the guides, but I’ve been commercial fishing for 35”+ stripers and running charters for a few weeks and haven’t lost a fish. The 30# Masterbraid holds the knots well and isn’t showing any signs of wear after dozens of fish per rod. I just ordered some 50# Masterbraid for my trolling setups.

Cortland Master Braid
80 and 100 Pound test Blue, moss green or bronze. They all are awesome lines. I catch monster fish on the line. Love it.
