Great MTV for PM
Love this new formulation. A Vit D boost with K and all the right B vitamins for brain and energy. Was able to stop taking some other individual suppls because this one has it all and condensed in two tablets. Well tolerated and easy to swallow. Thank you!

I have energy again
I've been taking this for a month now. I didn't think anything of it until I realized how much more I'm getting done in a day, AND my afternoon "crash" isn't as bad as it normally is. I've also added collagen to my routine.

So far good results!
So far I’m liking the Lito and noticing some more energy through the day. I like that I can take it on an empty stomach and not feel sick.
