Not warm or too cool, just a perfect neutral. I like to wear it alone or as a base.

Perfect base
Porcelain is the perfect base for my eyelid before I start using other colors. I am blonde, have fair skin and at times a bit of red and Porcelain perfectly removes the "tired look". All of Red Apple Lipstick eyeshadows are great and fully comparable to high end brands. I haven't used any other brand since I was diagnosed with celiac disease 17 years ago and found RAL almost 15 years ago.
