Flying Monkey Espresso

Second batch is amazing as the first batch, although I had to go a little bit cooler than the previous one and I’m still making adjustments to get the flow rate to be exactly the same as the previous one which was perfect but the flavor the Crema everything is exactly the same. It’s fantastic. Highly recommend.

My new favorite

Hands-down, I’ve had so many different espressos. I will be back again and again for this one. The flavor is exactly as described and some. I can’t recommend this one enough, although I don’t wanna really recommend it so much so that at some point I can’t get a hold of it. Rich creamy great layers of flavor no bitterness whatsoever interesting that the beans seem a little bit smaller but truly my favorite it’ll take something really special to knock this one off the top for me.

The Monkey is still king of the jungle.
