Cheeseburger Casserole

This meal is absolutely AMAZING.....not only is is great for camping.. I also pack it for a work lunch...all of their meals and deserts are superb. This is THE BEST COMPANY AROUND.. I CONTIUE TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW. Once you try just 1 meal you will be hooked.

This was good, but the 2-person serving is just big enough for 1 full-size human, after a big day. Also brought the 1-person as an emergency spare, glad I didn't have to rely on it. The "bun" stayed crispy, useful for getting the last bits of the casserole.

I am saving this for my spring camping week. I will have some very delicious meals to look forward to. Luxefly Basecamp meals are my favorite “luxury “ dehydrated foods which are so easy when you are relaxing by a peaceful campfire.
