Beef Barbacoa Taco

The beef barbacoa is an absolute favorite staple in our camping/backpacking rotation. The flavors are authentic and delicious!

The beef barbacoa was flavorful but a bit too salty for my palate. I was impressed with the amount of beef, very filling.

It tastes like freshly made restaurant dinner! Texture is on point.
