Gold Rush was my favorite, the fillet is second to none, especially when you know there’s no additives. In addition, the ground meat makes excellent hamburgers. Put a real smile on my face!

The Filets were out of this world, I BBQ them on a green egg until 130, 4 min each side, rest for 4 min and served with mushrooms, roasted carrots and Broccoli for my wife's 70. Then threw a surprise party the next day.
