This is a great product. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a yummy ginger treat.

Great taste but way too big for baking

This is delicious. Obviously high quality with a nice ginger zing and not too many fiber strings and a nice coating of sugar. For some reason even though the title doesn't say "baking ginger" I expected smaller cubes (if you know the ginger people baking ginger something like that). However, these cubes are approximately 3/4-1" cubes, so I will have to do the tedious work of cutting them much smaller for my baking plans (biscotti and ginger cookies). Again, nothing wrong with the product and absolutely a delicious snack but since it is listed in the baking section I was expecting a smaller dice.
