Vesterhav - Eris

This particular model was a replacement for my undeserved dissatisfaction with the Polar Black Vesterhav (I thought the dial was neutr white but actually has a cream/off-white shade). HA allowed me to replace the Polar with the Eris as long as I accepted the original, already worn bracelet. Happily agreed and the Eris arrived weeks earlier than expected. Not my original choice but just as beautiful to look at. And the watch fits and feels premium. That alone would inspire loyalty, but their customer service well surpassed expectations.
