Excellent service, poor quality control

The fulfillment and customer service I experienced were great. Shipping was quick and customer service got back to me fast. What fell below expectations was the quality of the watch. The fixed gmt bezel is misaligned and the bracelet’s end links had visible gaps. Unfortunately, I realized all this after resizing the bracelet so I was unable to return it. I don’t have a problem with that, it’s policy. Just disappointed in the quality control.
