These are great insert pads that offer nice shape for us teeny tiny girls too! I have a couple pairs of inserts that I switch around depending on my wardrobe and these are by far the best. I'll be getting another pair soon.

These will serve the purpose I purchased these for. I do wish the + gave a little more volume as I don't feel it gave me a half cup. Also could be slightly smaller to fit into sports bras and bathing suits with folding as much but do work.
