These will serve the purpose I purchased these for. I do wish the + gave a little more volume as I don't feel it gave me a half cup. Also could be slightly smaller to fit into sports bras and bathing suits with folding as much but do work.

I am mostly happy with the inserts which are much better than the previous ones that I have tried. The only negative remark I can make is they really do not stay in place very well, but they are lightweight and hold their shape.
