Colombia Finca Sofia - Medium-Dark Roast

A good alternative, but not fantastic. Delivery poor.

Smooth but I would otherwise rate the taste as good rather than excellent. I may buy this again, but it does not replace my favourite two coffee types. I have an issue with the delivery though. Since my previous purchase (I have been a customer for about 5 years now), Redber have changed from Royal Mail to Amazon delivery services. As usual with Amazon, the parcel was delivered on another day to the one they notified me they would deliver, the parcel was left outside my door despite the fact that I was doing some painting in the hall, just 3 feet from the door....there was no attempt to knock and finally, the carton in which the 3kg of coffee was packed was badly crushed and the corner torn open. It was just luck that the contents were not damaged and spilled out. I am not impressed.
