Paddle came in just 2 days which was so clutch and it was leagues better than my previous paddle. Super stoked to play some more with it

After one week of using this paddle it got a dead spot that rattles and the company just keeps givine me the run around. Ive sent videos at their request then they ask for a picture and then i cant get a reaponse. I offered to send them this paddle back for exchange for a new one and no reply. Ghosted. Its been 2 weeks of emailing them to get absolutely nowhere and I asked for a customer service phone number but you guessed it … no reply!! The luzz inferno is a good paddle but i would buy it from Luzz where they will back their products. This link popped up when i went to purchase so i thought i would give them a try.

The fast delivery is clutch for me. Too impatient to wait. So that meant a lot. The paddle is fantastic. 2nd one ive owned. My only issue is the grit not lasting very long, but it’s not much different with most paddles. If this paddle had hex grit or a longer last grit, it would be the best paddle inexistence IMO
