I like this

This is a great coffee for my Flat White and even when brewing with Hario Switch using 20g and getting 320g out. Light and smooth. Nice hints of Baking spice

I am picky

This blend is not messing around. A lot of roasteries are boasteries but this is genuinely tasty. I think Article is average and not to my taste but Legacy is the kind of coffee that you will serve to guests and it will convince them to rethink their relationship with coffee. A thorough recommendation from someone who is typically underwhelmed.
