Competition Filter Screen

You guys definitely have the worse customer service I have ever encountered. You ask for a review on an order that was placed on July 17, 2026, to your Las Vegas warehouse which was never shipped, and for which you charged $10 to shop two small parts to Michigan. After several emails that went unanswered, someone finally managed to put two lines together to say you would send a replacement for an order you charged me for, printed a shipping label but never turn to USPS, and yet conveniently never provided any tracking number for the replacement. Said replacement hasn't arrived either! I would love to give you a positive review as a customer of over 10 years, but I cannot. If I could give you -100 stars I would. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card.

Grateful for the replacement Competition Filter Screen. I appreciate the excellent customer service. I definitely feel this is an upgrade from the plastic part that came with the ROK GC.
