The scent is amazing. The style is nice. The instructions are awful. I thought it was defective until I contacted customer service. No where in the instruction manual does it say you need to press the power button and swipe up to turn it on and you need to do the same thing to change the levels. I had to call customer service to get this information and the very nice and patient gentleman had to walked me through on how to power it on and change the levels. You should consider editing your instruction manual to include this piece of detail or maybe consider creating a video on how to turn it on and change the levels. It will save your customers some frustrations. A million stars to the gentleman who helped me over the phone. Anyway the product works great and only have it 4 stars because of the poor instructions.
