I like the product as it did seem to help a little, but the processing and shipping is not good. Order placed in the 4th and today is the 25th (3 weeks ago that I paid for it), and I just got notified at 8:26pm that it just shipped, standard shipping, so it will be at least another 8-10 days before it arrives. I am very disappointed. Not acceptable.

Order came in questionable state, packaging immitates Thorne products yet has no barcode or information on testing or safety. The strong apple cider odor is concerning, as is the label noting Organic, but product has no vwrification seal. Order was processed as an autoship although I selected one time purchase. I requested return and refund form the seller as I don’t feel like I can trust a product from a company that provides very little credible info and tries to pose as a reputable supplement brand most likely intentionally misleading consumers and somehow allowing even one time ship order process as an autoship.

This company is automatically sending me another order, even though I never subscribed. I went on to manage my order and there’s no way to do that, and I noticed that i can hit a button that says order again because I never subscribed. This was a sneaky move, and I will demand my money back, not only for the second one, but for the first one because when I ordered the website said 90 day guarantee.
