Stomach Soothe

I've only been on this for about 4 days so my results have been very little. I currently still am having mild reflux. I have tried multiple ways to mix this stuff in a small amount of water either cold or hot but cannot get it to mix up fully that it's not chunky. I can handle the taste ok. I will have to follow up in a few weeks if my results change.

I have been using this morning and night and can tell that it is helping. Still having reflux break though but I probably should have weaned off my PPI a little more slowly. I will continue to use and am looking forward to seeing continuing improvement!

Still Early but minor improvements so far

Taste isn’t great but definitely manageable with juice. Not immediate relief but about a week in and seeing some benefits mostly of stomach feeling better overall. Acid Reflux the hardest thing to fix but hopefully with consistency over time that can be alleviated.
