Relax + Sleep

I've tried many sleep aids with varying success and after reaching midlife, nothing worked. Hence, my surprise and delight to find that Relax & Sleep is a truly efficacious composition which dissolves quickly in warm water or milk to become an elegant night-time beverage before sleep. I've been taking for 3+ months now and sleep quality is so much better!

I want to love it but even with a tsp of glycine added, and taking calcium during the day, and magnesium glycinate at night, chilling the room, weighted blanket, magnesium lotion, I’m still waking up at 330-4:30am and not always able to fall back asleep. Will keep using it but not sure if I will order this again. Thanks for checking.

The ingredients are healthy but the formula is not strong enough for a deep sleep. I use it along with other supplements to achieve a deep sleep. Not ideal, maybe they will change the formula to a stronger strength..
