Things went well the first night but the second night was a lot different. It made hy heart race and I didn’t feel well. I discontinued and poured it out. I didn’t car for the “proprietary” blend. If the ingredients are healthy for me, they should be listed.

Didnt work and the taste was unpleasant

After trying a ton of sleeping aids, including prescribed ones, I was desperate and looking for something different. I decided to give this a try and to be able to tell if it was working I dumped everything else. The first night I slept like an angel. The next couple of nights not so much so i upped to four droppers instead of three and I am back to sleeping very well. I am going to add the calm drops too and pair them to see how that goes. I would recommend this product.
