Terrible Customer Service - Slow Response Times

Extremely disappointed with RHO Nutrition. I requested to CANCEL my order almost immediately after placing it, BEFORE it shipped. After getting no response, I followed up THREE separate times over THREE days. They ignored every cancellation request and then conveniently responded only HOURS AFTER the order shipped—telling me it was now “too late” and there was nothing they could do. I accidently ordered NINE bottles. Their solution? Refund ONE bottle. To make matters worse, I didn’t even receive their Labor Day promotional discount and was charged FULL PRICE. I did everything a customer reasonably could: canceled promptly, followed up repeatedly, and contacted them well before shipment. Their failure to respond before shipping should not become the customer’s problem. I have the emails and timestamps documenting the entire timeline. Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend RHO Nutrition. Be very careful before placing a large order, especially if there’s any chance you’ll need to cancel it.
