I appreciate that Rho’s formula feels clean and intentional, and the information they provide makes it easy to understand what it supports. It’s too early to talk results, but I’m genuinely excited to see how it helps over the next few weeks. So far, the experience has been great — fast shipping, clear instructions, and a product that feels high‑quality. Definitely a promising start.

Easy to take, but the sulfur taste is a bit overpowering..

I like this is easy to take, and it's once a day. However, there's a strong sulfur-y taste that gets me every time. I taste the pineapple right away, but then the sulfur taste hits you. Because of this, I take it first and hope my other RHO products will override the sulfur taste. I am hopeful I will start to see improvements over the next month or 2.

So far so good

I got this along with a few other Rho products and have been taking them daily so it’s hard to say what product is doing what but I overall feel better, less bloated and am feeling like I’m on track for my goal which is to lose some of this stubborn weight I’ve put on over the last couple years that won’t go away. I’m 42 and am having the most trouble losing the 10/15lbs I’ve gained. Hoping this helps! Rating is for ease of product. Mixes well with the rest and easy to take. Taste isn’t bad. Can’t give 5 stars only because I’m not 100% on results! I do full blood work (100+ tests) next month so we will see how that goes.
