Im new to the DIM+ im about 30 days in but so far so good. Im on a weight loss journey that has me changing so much about the way I used to eat and live in general im about 4 months in on rho nutrition and I love the product but its hard to specify what the dim+ does for me exactly but I know I feel better then I have in years

Best DIM I’ve used
Tried a few DIM supplements before and this is the first that actually felt like it was working. Liposomal delivery makes a real difference — easy on the stomach and no aftertaste. Already reordering. 5 stars.

Better than a capsule
I took Dim in capsule form for about 9 months switched to Rho and felt a difference in a couple of weeks. I am not sure if it is typical but for me I felt a big improvement.
