Beautiful Addition to my Kitchen
The wood is beautiful with a rich, deep luster. It is proportioned well, allowing me to work, but not overwhelming the prep station. It is heavy so it does not move around on the countertop. It is double sided, which allows me to prepare onions, etc., on one side, wipe it, then flip it over to prepare other items without the transfer of the strong flavors. Cleans up easily with mild soap and water. I expect it may need sanding and resealing about once a year. An excellent addition to my kitchen. Very happy with it.
