This great neck collar is perfect for me to wear when my neck is in pain and is especially perfect for sleeping in. It is comfortable and protects my neck from further damage as I sleep and my neck is pain free the next morning when worn overnight. I have tried other neck collars on Amazon and this KyroLabs brand is way more supreme. It may be more expensive, but for good reason as it is made with much more better design and materials. It fits my neck very securely and prevents over extension from looking down and to the left and right as it should.
