Item is defective been reaching out to return both items neck and back! Both poor quality Chinese made they advertise as if they sell and it’s made in the USA however, it takes 3 to 4 weeks for it to arrive from China and when you contact them to try to return, you get a runaround and then they stop responding and disappeared!! Do not buy!!!

Loud and not a massage but a vibration also came from Hong Kong and charged international fees from bank
