Essential Longevity

An essential supplement of mine for a year. Liposome products everywhere now. Too delicious and energizing to pause my monthly orders. Pairs well with my warm morning milk (not hot!), or when I need a boost on the trail. I always have one in my pocket just in case. Waiting for a coffee version!

Sleeping better…. I’ve never taken vitamins as I was always doubtful of uptake. Tmw makes me more confident I’m actually absorbing it.
