DA 67

Awesome mic!

Love my new D-67 with the NOS Telefunken tube upgrade. Made some great sounding tracks on my double bass. Very warm and clean throughout the register. Thank you Dachman

Amazing !!!

It took me some weeks to finally get free and test this DA67 out !! Kids were out of school and I was busy . But now I’m free and this morning I threw a 1954 EF86 Mullard in it and oooh WOW ! I couldn’t believe my Ears ! so thick and creamy and so smooth ! This mic sounds so beautiful ! And it’s very quiet zero noise ! Even more quiet then the DA87i . I can turn the Hi Shelf EQ a tad more for more Air . The DA67 plugged in my BAE> NEVE EQ> IGS ONE LA !! I think this is my favorite mic for Vocals iv ever used ! I did two songs on it so Far . In the Mix my Deep voice sounds just Lush and present ! Syrupy with the Mullard I’m using . But tomorrow I’m gona use a 1957 Telefunkin and a 1958 z729 GEC ! I bought over 20 EF86 tubes for this mic to try out lol and I’m excited to hear them on Vocals ! I even got a 1960 factory sealed EF86 telefunkin just in case ! I never heard an Original 67 but I don’t need to . This Dachman DA67 is the Truth ! Far exceeded my Expectations ! Super Happy ! Solid Lows , thick & creamy Mids , top end is so smooth with the right amount of Air ! What more could you want ? The Best Mic iv ever recorded with ! Thanks Josh ! I hope you guys make a DA47 tube mic next ! Keep killin it !

Amazing mic

I did a lot of research on different premium mics to upgrade my recording abilities, including listening to specific trusted reviews, talking with friends who are experienced in recording and personally using and listening to the quality of other choices I was considering. What ultimately made my mind up was the ability to upgrade the tube to the NOS Telefunken at a very reasonable price point. Now that I am using it in various ways and experimenting with it I can say that the mic exceeds my expectations, in build quality as well as its sound performance. The case is superb and adds an old school air of elegance and luxury. The communication from the company throughout has been superb and I feel confident that, should I have any questions or ever run into problems, the customer service will be first rate as well.
