Wanted to like them
So wanted these to keep me asleep through the night, but, alas, awake again at 4 am and trouble falling back to sleep. 😕

Sleep capsules most definitely helped me to sleep, sleep well but after repeated use, I became groggy in the mornings so i am taking a break.

Have just used the capsules for 4 nights ——working well!!
Too soon to know for sure but it does look good for my sleep issues. Falling back to sleep after a wake-up between 3-4. So, I have fallen back to sleep each night and I need to aim for 7 hours and I was close all 4 nights. More later! Prefer capsules to chews. Hate chews. Thanks FF.
