Disappointed by the looseness of these sandals

I am a huge fan of roam shoes and have many pairs. This pair I am really disappointed with as the have caused me to almost twist my ankle multiple times. They don't support the feet enough- too soft/too much give. I find some of the discontinued older styles the best.
