The electrolyte packets from Rally bear are perfect for on the go and traveling. I spent the weekend at the beach, and it was extremely hot, so having something reliable to boost. Not only my electrolytes, but my potassium level was extremely helpful. The flavor is really mild, and it mixes as well with no settling.

I have tried a lot of electrolyte drinks, and this one is by far the best-tasting and easiest to drink, which means I actually drink it on a daily basis. The flavor is good, but more subtle and doesn’t taste too salty or sweet. I actually look forward to drinking it, and really enjoy the strawberry lemonade flavor. It’s very gentle on my stomach as well, which is a huge plus.
