Good back to well rounded basics!
Really helps mentally with moving your body distance slowly quicker as the weeks go by. Using different techniques makes the workouts interesting and helps improve running, rucking and swimming without needing to be good at them before hand.

Aerobic base builder
Awesome program. Recently came off a work related injury and am using the program in conjunction with another HTK program to get back to running. So far it’s working great and I’m making progress without pain or or issue.
