I've been testing this product for the past 3 weeks adding it to my pre-workout shake whenever we have to do a HIIT workout. The first few days I thought it might have been placebo or that the workouts were simply not that difficult those days. But after adding it for already 3 weeks, I can safely say that it has been such a great addition to my training. I complete each workout without feeling as tired, during the workout I feel like I can do extra reps or an extra round. It's definitely one of the best feelings you can have while working out, especially during a high intensity workout. Plus, there is absolutely no aftertaste!
