Fell apart after cooking for only 13 minutes

It has been great to be able to combine low carb ingredients with this low carb pasta and eat portions for several days that don’t spike my glucose.

The noodles didn't hold together well after being cooked. They tasted ok, I wasn't expecting them to be mini noodles but that was ok.
