Marvelous Macaroni and Cheese

The elbow macaroni was cooked al dented, we added queso cheese sauce, and created a low carb mac n cheese which didn't last long. Absolutely delicious, and extremely low carb, it's a win win!

I'm always apprehensive of advertised low-carb pastas so I was greatly surprised to find Pete's spaghetti absolutely delicious. There's no detection of low-carb processing, and I'm looking forward to sampling more!

The pasta is very good. I can’t tell any difference between regular pasta. It is expensive compared for the quantity you receive. I cooked it according to directions. Very good
