Neo-Matrix dodging of leg cramps
After years of occasionally suffering violent leg cramps, I've got my supplements dialed in. But every once in a while, the duration and intensity of effort exceeds. Always keep a bottle close by and if I'm being attentive to early warning signs, these help stave off the buildup of cramprage. For me: two at a time and not that far apart, depending on severity.
Totally recommend. On Texture: be mindful of chewing while breathing hard.

Quick relief from leg cramps.
On those hot days when it's a challenge to stay on top of hydration, sometimes I wake up to a cramp in the middle of the night. SaltStick chews are a great help to get my sodium level back to where it should be, and are delicious to boot!

Fast into your system
I use this for athletes that have not been on top of their nutrition. Gets into your system fast. Great taste. Only thing is its very little sodium
