I love having these in my pocket to add some sodium on a longer run and love this flavor. the only thing I don’t like is that they’re naturally a little dry so if you catch some wind while you’re chewing/ breathing in it can make you cough or feel like you’re inhaling some dust. Make sure you have water handy right after chewing them and they’re great!

Texas heat can be brutal but these tablets seem to do the trick. They are extremely easy to carry on the long runs and are easy to take down. Taste is ok and better than most hydration drinks.
