The back brace is so well made, it is so sturdy, and is very adjustable. I love the pattern on it too, it makes me feel more confident wearing it out and about.

It arrived earlier than expected, and so far its already helping my posture which has previously been more… shrimp-shaped than is probably ideal. I ordered a medium based on my waist measurement but it runs a little big on me. The belly velcro is still secure though and is held in place by the other elastic bands once those are secured. Running a bit big is a non-issue for me currently, it will likely be just what I need when PMS bloating hits. I plan to wear this a lot to reduce fatigue, I have a tall torso and often catch myself hunching forward without realizing it until it already hurts. Thank you Bibipins!
